Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain executives calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents. Screen incoming calls, emails, and correspondence; prioritize and handle as appropriate. Maintain confidential files and records with a high degree of discretion. Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders. Track and assist with the completion of executive projects, deadlines, and deliverables. Manage expense reporting, invoices, and budget tracking as needed. Support with personal tasks and ad hoc requests as necessary. Qualifications: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar administrative role. Freshers are preferred. Strong Interpersonal skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to prioritize effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Google Workspace). High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
