Job Description Executive Assistant (PA to Director) Location: Noida (Work from Office) Reports to: Director Working Days: 6 Days a Week Timings: 10 AM 7 PM (Lunch: 2 PM 3 PM) (Flexibility in working hours required as per job demands) Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and highly organized Executive Assistant (PA to Director) who can efficiently manage administrative tasks, coordinate team activities, and assist the Director in business and personal functions. The ideal candidate should be proactive, resourceful, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities: 1. Company Policies & Operations Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining company policies. Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs). Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive business information. 2. Team Management & Training Act as a bridge between the Director and team members. Assist in training new employees on company policies and procedures. Monitor team productivity and provide necessary support. 3. Personal Assistance Manage the Directors schedule, meetings, and appointments. Handle correspondence, emails, and calls on behalf of the Director. Organize and maintain important documents and files. 4. Travel & Representation Travel alone or with the Director twice a month (each trip of 3-5 days) to metropolitan cities. Coordinate business and personal travel arrangements. Represent the Director in meetings when required. Assist in organizing events, conferences, and client interactions. 5. Problem-Solving & Initiative Address operational challenges and provide effective solutions. Handle urgent matters efficiently with minimal supervision. Take initiative in managing unexpected tasks and responsibilities. Required Soft Skills: Honesty & Reliability Timely updates and accountability.
