The job involves handling all day-to-day office and factory administrative operations, including inventory management, logistics, and vendor coordination. You will be responsible for managing office supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance to ensure smooth operations. Keeping accurate records of expenses, procurement, and other administrative documents is a key part of the role. You will need to coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management. It is essential to ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures across office and factory operations. Additionally, you will be required to prepare sales quotations, proposals, and follow up with clients to ensure timely responses. As part of your responsibilities, you will act as a point of contact between the sales team and clients for queries and support. Maintaining and updating sales records, customer databases, and documentation will be crucial. Supporting the sales team in tracking and reporting on sales performance metrics is also expected.
