About the Role We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the Founder & General Partner of a dynamic investment fund. This is a high-impact role that combines executive support with operations, marketing coordination, and administrative functions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and can manage multiple priorities with discretion, efficiency, and integrity. Key Responsibilities1. Executive Support Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Founder & General Partner. Manage calendar and schedule meetings; track tasks and follow-ups. Coordinate complex travel arrangements (domestic & international), including flights, accommodations, and ground transport. Process and monitor reimbursements and business expenses promptly. Maintain organized digital and physical documentation for the fund. Provide additional administrative support to other team members as needed. 2. Fund Operations Support Act as the liaison between the General Partner and the fractional CFO, outsourced fund accounting team, and other external service providers. Provide executional and administrative support for fund operations, including documentation management and data coordination. 3. Marketing, Social Media & Events Coordination Serve as the point of contact between the General Partner and the marketing agency. Assist with managing the content and social media calendar for the GP. Support the creation and execution of marketing content as needed. Coordinate logistics for marketing and investor events, occasionally handling senior-level interactions independently. 4. Admin and HR Support Oversee day-to-day office administration and upkeep. Manage vendor communications, negotiations, and service coordination. Assist with basic HR processes, compliance, and internal coordination. Qualifications Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative/secretarial role. Outstanding organizational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with ease. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to handle sensitive matters tactfully. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Capable of conducting thorough internet research and willing to proactively learn and leverage AI tools. Self-starter with a proactive mindset; capable of working independently and managing time effectively. Strong sense of confidentiality, integrity, and sound judgment.
