Job Description
You are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Secretary with over 2 years of experience to provide administrative support to your team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will include performing general clerical duties such as answering phones, managing correspondence, and filing documents. You will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members. Additionally, you will prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and other documents as required, assist in organizing company events and meetings, and maintain office supplies inventory. Supporting the team with research and data entry tasks, ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information, and providing a welcoming environment for visitors and clients are also part of your role. You will collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth operations. To qualify for this position, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Secretary or in a similar administrative role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment is required, along with strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail. This is a full-time position, and the work schedule is on the day shift. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and a total of 3 years of work experience is also preferred.
