Job Description
Manage and maintain executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements. Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events. Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for internal and external meetings. Handle incoming calls, emails and correspondence on behalf of the executives. Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports as needed. Assist in the Preparation of agendas and follow up on action items from meetings. Maintain confidential information and ensure discretion at all times. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow. Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned by the executives.
