Executive Assitant

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and appointments, ensuring all arrangements are handled efficiently.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for meetings and executive reviews.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
  • Manage and maintain executive's office systems, including physical and digital filing systems.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Anticipate the needs of executives and proactively address issues before they arise.
  • Assist in special projects and initiatives as assigned by the executives.
  • Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure smooth office operations
