Executive Assitant
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and appointments, ensuring all arrangements are handled efficiently.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for meetings and executive reviews.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
- Manage and maintain executive's office systems, including physical and digital filing systems.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Anticipate the needs of executives and proactively address issues before they arise.
- Assist in special projects and initiatives as assigned by the executives.
- Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure smooth office operations
- Adhere to Adani's company culture and values in all interactions and tasks.
Qualifications
