Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Managing Director (MD). The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth operation of the MDs office by handling a wide range of administrative, communication, and coordination tasks with efficiency, confidentiality, and discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the MDs calendar, schedule meetings.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the MD.
- Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and meeting materials.
- Organize and coordinate executive meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.
- Monitor and respond to emails and communications, prioritizing urgent matters.
- Liaise with senior management, department heads, clients, and partners.
- Handle confidential documents and information with discretion.
- Assist with strategic initiatives, project tracking, and internal communications.
- Manage office tasks related to the MDs responsibilities (e.g., expense reports, filing systems).
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role supporting C-level executives.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred). (MBA Intern are welcome)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- High proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and maintain confidentiality.
- Professional demeanor and interpersonal skills.
