Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Managing Director (MD). The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth operation of the MDs office by handling a wide range of administrative, communication, and coordination tasks with efficiency, confidentiality, and discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the MDs calendar, schedule meetings.

  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the MD.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and meeting materials.

  • Organize and coordinate executive meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.

  • Monitor and respond to emails and communications, prioritizing urgent matters.

  • Liaise with senior management, department heads, clients, and partners.

  • Handle confidential documents and information with discretion.

  • Assist with strategic initiatives, project tracking, and internal communications.

  • Manage office tasks related to the MDs responsibilities (e.g., expense reports, filing systems).

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role supporting C-level executives.

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred). (MBA Intern are welcome)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

  • High proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and maintain confidentiality.

  • Professional demeanor and interpersonal skills.
