Job Title:* Executive Assistant (EA) Real Estate Location:* Marine Lines Job Type:* Full-Time Job Summary Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team in the real estate division, managing schedules, communications, and projects to ensure efficient office operations. Key Responsibilities *Administrative Support:* Manage executive schedules, prepare reports, and handle communications. *Meeting Coordination:* Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes. *Document Management:* Maintain confidential files and assist with real estate documentation. *Project Assistance:* Support project timelines and deliverables, and prepare proposals. *Client and Vendor Relations:* Liaise with clients and vendors, manage inquiries professionally. *Office Management:* Oversee office operations and manage supplies and equipment.
