Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners.
  • Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients
  • Collaborate closely on CEO-directed projects
  • Work with the Executive Team to coordinate the CEOs outreach activities. Follow up on contracts made by the CEO to cultivate ongoing relationships
  • Manage calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Make travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Perform general administrative tasks (filing, data entry, document management).
  • Liaise with clients, vendors, and service providers.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and/or Google Workspace.
