Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners.
- Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients
- Collaborate closely on CEO-directed projects
- Work with the Executive Team to coordinate the CEOs outreach activities. Follow up on contracts made by the CEO to cultivate ongoing relationships
- Manage calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Make travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Perform general administrative tasks (filing, data entry, document management).
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and service providers.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and/or Google Workspace.
