Job Description
You will be reporting to the Team Leader Inbound Phone banking WA and your main responsibility will be to handle customer calls and issues, ensuring consistent delivery of customer delight by addressing queries, requests, financial needs, and resolving problems in alignment with SCB Policies. Your role requires providing service to clients according to the Bank's processes and policies. Your key responsibilities will include: - Having awareness and understanding of the Group's business strategy relevant to your role - Understanding the impact of economic and market conditions on the client care centre inbound role - Handling customer calls and issues efficiently, providing end-to-end resolution - Maintaining high awareness levels on KYC and Anti-money laundering Policy - Identifying potential disputes, escalations, and process gaps, and highlighting them to management - Being multi-skilled to handle both inbound and outbound calls - Striving to achieve set targets and service standards - Providing professional customer service to ensure high customer satisfaction - Ensuring customer data confidentiality is strictly adhered to - Communicating accurately the features and benefits of various banking products - Achieving budgeted cross-sell targets - Adhering to compliance with all applicable rules, regulations, and group policies - Ensuring Key Performance Indicators and Key Risk Indicators are achieved and working towards improvement - Complying with all provisions of the Group Code of Conduct You will also be expected to display exemplary conduct and live by the Group's Values and Code of Conduct, embedding the highest standards of ethics across Standard Chartered Bank. You will need to understand and ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines, and the Group Code of Conduct. In terms of qualifications and skills, you should have a basic understanding of Excel and Microsoft Office. The ideal candidate will be a graduate with 1-2 years of experience in service/sales/collection.
