As part of London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) in India, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that Exchange content is accurately represented to our customers. You will act as a change agent, leading and coordinating research efforts involving multiple data sets. Your responsibilities will include defining strategic content requirements, prioritizing content enhancements, and delivering the business roadmap for Real Time Exchange pricing. You will analyze requirements, provide business specifications for Content Enhancement requests, and work closely with customer-facing teams to understand their needs and recommend improvements. Additionally, you will be the central point of expertise for exchange content issues, business opportunities, and client retention programs, providing support to client-facing teams as needed. Collaborating with Content Production teams, you will guide them on market conventions, exchange major events, and complex client queries to achieve desired results. You will also promote and publicize new data content to stakeholders and drive delivery on exchange major events and strategic projects. Building strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders will be key to your success in this role. To excel in this position, you should have excellent knowledge of ETI Content, experience with Asia Exchanges, and a proven ability to manage change while prioritizing customer needs. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication, and collaboration abilities are essential. You should be customer-focused, proactive, and able to work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
