Key Responsibilities: Generate leads and proactively reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and in-person meetings. Pitch and sell customized event solutions based on client needs. Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and close sales to meet or exceed monthly targets. Conduct site visits and walkthroughs with clients to showcase event venues and services. Coordinate with internal teams (event planning, logistics, operations) to ensure successful execution. Negotiate pricing and terms while maintaining profitability and client satisfaction. Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to grow the client base. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities using CRM tools. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field. Proven sales experience in events, hospitality, or a related sector preferred. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Passion for events and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
