You will play a key role in overseeing the department operations according to Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, ensuring the satisfaction of employees, guests, and owners. As the Events Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be to serve as a sales expert, working towards maximizing revenue for Events / Catering while aligning with established targets in a profitable manner. To qualify for this position, you must possess a minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Sales Executive within a luxury international brand hotel. It is essential to have a solid grasp of sales techniques and banquet procedures. Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, as well as familiarity with Fidelio, Delphi, or RESERVE software will be considered advantageous for this role.,
