You will provide information and guidance to clients to ensure accurate event specifications. Managing all operations within the Conventions is crucial to ensure excellent customer service and provide outstanding technical expertise. It is essential to establish seamless coordination with all departments of Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre to maximize cooperation, productivity, morale, and guest service. Developing and maintaining effective relationships with service contractors, suppliers of event services, and service providers is key to success in this role. Leadership skills focused on persuasion and motivation to achieve organizational goals are highly valued, along with qualities like honesty, integrity, ethical behavior, tactfulness, openness, and cultural awareness.
