As a Creative Concept Visualiser/Developer at our live experience management event company, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing engaging experiential content for a variety of events, ranging from brand launches to social celebrations and large-scale musicals. Your role will involve collaborating with a diverse group of professionals to create high-impact live event experiences. Your key responsibilities will include brainstorming and developing unique stage concepts that align with brand narratives, event objectives, or personal milestones. You will work closely with scriptwriters, choreographers, music directors, and visual artists to bring these concepts to life, creating mood boards, visual references, and concept notes for internal and client presentations. Collaboration with specialists such as scriptwriters, voice-over artists, dancers, choreographers, music composers, and designers will be crucial in curating content for various event formats. Additionally, you will be involved in coordinating on-ground event execution, leading rehearsals, and ensuring the seamless implementation of the visual plan during events. Client relationship management and presentation skills are essential as you will be pitching creative concepts to clients, participating in pre-event meetings, and translating client briefs into immersive experiences. Your strong creative thinking, visualisation abilities, and understanding of live event production will be key assets in this role. Ideally, you should have 3-4 years of experience in event agencies, experiential marketing firms, or production houses, with a portfolio showcasing work in brand launches, weddings, musicals, or live event formats. A background in Mass Communication, Performing Arts, Design, or Event Management would be advantageous. If you possess exceptional communication and presentation skills, proficiency in tools like MS PowerPoint, Keynote, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva, and the ability to multitask across multiple projects and timelines, we encourage you to apply for this full-time position in Delhi District, Delhi.
