Job Description

You are a dynamic and highly organized Events & Community Manager responsible for leading the planning and execution of events and activations to enhance brand engagement, community growth, and customer loyalty. Your role includes coordinating brand-led events, influencer campaigns, and content production, ensuring high-quality execution and managing relationships effectively. Your key responsibilities will involve: Event Management & Activations: - Researching and proposing new event opportunities such as perfume-making workshops, music festivals, flea markets, and brand activations. - Planning and managing logistics for events from pre-production to post-event evaluation. - Coordinating with logistics, vendors, and client teams for smooth execution. - Tracking and managing event budgets, timelines, and resource requirements. Influencer & Community Engagement: - Coordinating influencer logistics, content timelines, and publishing calendars. - Building and nurturing strong relationships with creators and partners to enhance brand loyalty and collaboration. Content & Production Oversight: - Collaborating with video and content teams for aligned shoots with campaigns. - Ensuring high-quality content output reflecting the brand's tone, visual identity, and messaging. - Supervising publishing schedules and asset management across digital channels. Project Coordination & Admin: - Maintaining detailed calendars, schedules, and project tracking sheets. - Communicating with internal stakeholders to align on campaign goals and deliverables. - Overseeing influencer activities. Requirements: - Previous experience in event coordination, influencer marketing, or community management. - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Knowledge of video production processes and content publishing workflows. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Proactive mindset with attention to detail, timelines, and budgeting. - Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, Excel, project management tools (Zoho, Trello, etc.), and social media platforms.
