Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Event Sales Associate to join our energetic team. In this role, you will be responsible for pitching our prestigious award shows and events to potential clients, maintaining strong relationships, and driving revenue growth. Your excellent communication skills both written and verbal will be essential to your success. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Clearly communicate the value proposition of Planet Buz events such as brand visibility, networking opportunities, and industry recognition. 2. Prepare, customize, and present persuasive sales proposals and event decks to prospects and decision-makers. 3. Proactively identify and engage new businesses, brands, and professionals who would benefit from event participation. 4. Consistently meet and exceed individual and team event sales targets, contributing directly to the success of Planet Buz events. Along with your fixed salary you'll unlock heavy incentives for every deal closed the more you sell, the more you earn! There's no cap on your commission, so your income is truly in your hands.
