Job title: Event Production Specialist Working Hours: Full Time, 10:30AM-6:30PM (Two Saturdays off per month) Location: Bengaluru, Sanjay Nagar New Bel Road 560094 Key responsibilities & duties This is a full-time on-site role for an Event Production Executive. The Event Production Specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks of managing and executing events. These tasks include: Event planning Event production Event management Communication and budgeting. The Event Production Specialist will work closely with the client and the team to ensure that the clients objectives and vision are executed flawlessly. Qualifications Event Planning, Event Production, and Event Management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as the candidate will be communicating with clients, vendors, and team members Budgeting skills and experience in managing project budgets Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively Experience in event logistics and production Able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines Experience with event technology and production tools is a plus Work experience Preferred relevant experience- 1 to 2 years,
