Job Description

As an Event Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of event production. Your main tasks will include collaborating with clients, vendors, and internal teams to develop comprehensive event production plans. You will need to coordinate vendors, resources, and technical setup to ensure the successful execution of events. In this role, you will also be in charge of managing the technical crew and production teams, troubleshooting any technical issues that may arise, and ensuring health and safety compliance at all times. Your ability to multitask effectively, demonstrate strong leadership skills, and communicate efficiently with various stakeholders will be key to your success. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in event management, technical production, or a related field, along with proven experience in event production. A solid understanding of event production elements, knowledge of health and safety regulations, and excellent interpersonal skills are also required. Flexibility to work irregular hours is essential for this full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule and an in-person work location.,
