Job Description

The ideal candidate should have 5 to 10 years of experience in event coordination and logistics. Your main responsibilities will include assisting in event logistics and coordination, supporting event setup and production, coordinating with internal teams and vendors, managing event resources and staffing, providing onsite support during events, troubleshooting technical issues, coordinating solutions, managing event flow and emergencies, maintaining accurate records and documentation, and supporting the preparation of event-related reports. To qualify for this role, you should have a high school diploma or equivalent (required); a degree or diploma in event management is preferred. Additionally, you should have a basic understanding of event production elements, excellent organizational and multitasking skills, strong attention to detail and communication skills, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, flexibility to work irregular hours, and a basic knowledge of health and safety regulations. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule. The work location is in person.,
