Job Description

Responsibilities: Meeting with clients to understand their event goals, preferences, and budget. Coordinating all aspects of the event, including venue selection, catering, dcor, entertainment, transportation, and guest lists. Researching, negotiating with and managing relationships with various vendors (caterers, decorators, etc.). Tracking expenses, creating and managing budgets, and ensuring events stay within financial parameters. Overseeing event setup, managing logistics during the event, and ensuring everything runs smoothly. Collecting feedback, evaluating event success, and potentially assisting with post-event tasks. Candidate Profile: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients, vendors, and event staff. Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively, especially during the event planning process. Ability to identify and resolve issues that may arise during the planning and execution of an event. Dedication to providing excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction. Ability to negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors. Ability to conceptualize and execute unique and engaging event designs.,
