Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized , detailed oriented ,and creative event planner to join our team. CLIENT CONSULTATION, PROGRAM PLANNING , LOGISTIC MANAGEMENT, VENDOR COORDINATION,EVENT EXCUTION,POST EVENT EVALUATION, KEY RESPONISIBILITY; Discuss creative ideas and possibilities with the client Work with a client to plan and execute events ,including corporate and wedding events , wedding events, engagements , conferences ,and social gathering. Develop and manage event timelines ,budget ,and logical details source and negotiate with vendors Oversee event setup ,operations and teardown Coordinate with various teams to ensure smooth event operation handle event promotions, invitations ,and marketing materials ,. Provide exceptional customer service to client before during and after the event Troubleshoot any issues that arise during events and address the promptly .
