You will be working in a 5-day work from office role where your primary responsibility will be to create engaging in-person experiences that enhance brand visibility and drive business growth. Your tasks will include planning and executing various high-impact events such as executive dinners, roundtables, industry conferences, and roadshows. This role requires a combination of creativity, operational excellence, and strategic thinking to ensure that each event contributes to meaningful conversations and pipeline impact. As the ideal candidate for this position, you will need to identify and evaluate events and conferences that align with the target audience, plan and manage logistics for each event, including booths, signage, giveaways, and collateral. You will also lead the execution of private dinners and small-format events, collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on messaging and strategy, and translate brand positioning into event content and communication. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end communication, ensuring a seamless guest experience, tracking key metrics, conducting retrospectives, and maintaining proactive communication with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders. To qualify for this role, you should have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in B2B event/field marketing or related roles, possess strong project management and planning skills, demonstrate creative thinking and a knack for engaging experiences, exhibit excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities, and be comfortable managing multiple events across various formats and locations independently.
