Are you someone who thrives in creating unforgettable experiences and bringing people together Are you passionate about curating events, building community, and enhancing guest experiences Zostel Morjim and Yaar- Your Friendly Bar are looking for a dynamic Events Manager to elevate the vibe at our property and create lasting memories for travelers from across the globe. What Youll Do: Event Management: Plan and execute a variety of events like live music sessions, open mic nights, game nights, and other community-driven activities while ensuring that each event is well-planned financially and making costeffective decisions for high impact events. Your goal To keep the energy high and bring people together through engaging, fun events that reflect the Zostel spirit. Artist Curation: Curate and manage a diverse lineup of artists, performers, and entertainers. From musicians to comedians, ensure that the entertainment aligns with the hostel's chill yet vibrant vibe and appeals to our adventurous, creative audience. Social Media Marketing: Promote all events on various social media platforms. Work closely with the social media team to create content that engages our community, spreads the word about upcoming events, and builds excitement both on-ground and online. Guest Experience: Be the point of contact for guests, ensuring they feel comfortable, connected, and welcomed at Zostel Morjim. You should be the go-to person to manage any conflicts or resolve any issues guests might face during events. Youll foster a sense of belonging, ensuring every guest leaves with great memories and new friendships. Networking & Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, artists, and community organizations. These partnerships will create exciting collaborations that benefit our guests and enhance the overall Zostel and Yaar experience. What You Bring: A natural extrovert who excels at bringing people together and fostering social interactions. A passion for creating memorable guest experiences and a knack for event planning. Experience curating artists and performers, with the ability to bring fresh, exciting talent to the table. Strong communication skills for both in-person interactions with guests and digital marketing efforts across social media. Social media savvy, with experience in content creation and guest engagement on platforms like Instagram. An understanding of how to build relationships within the communitywhether with local businesses, artists, or other potential partners. Creativity in conceptualizing fun, community-centric events and experiences. A creative and friendly attitude, embodying the laid-back, welcoming culture that Yaar is known for.
