Job Description
As an Event Coordinator, numerous responsibilities fall under your purview to ensure the success of events: Planning and Development: Conceptualize and plan events in accordance with clients" objectives, including setting timelines, budgets, and expected deliverables. Vendor Management: Select and manage relationships with vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance with all event specifications. Venue Coordination: Oversee the selection and booking of venues, ensuring they meet all event requirements and standards.
