Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and continuous improvement. Lead the sales process for various event services, including venue bookings, event planning packages, sponsorship sales, and other related services Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitive landscape. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to build and maintain a strong industry presence.
