Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Travel & Accommodation Management Arrange flights, train tickets, and hotel bookings as per company policy, ensuring cost-effective and efficient travel. Fixed Asset & Inventory Management Maintain records of company assets (laptops, office equipment, furniture), track inventory, and conduct periodic audits. Courier & Documentation Handling Coordinate courier services, track important shipments, and ensure proper documentation management. Office & Guest Management Maintain office pantry supplies, arrange meals for guests, and ensure a well-equipped workspace. Local Coordination Handle office-related errands, vendor coordination, and logistical support using own conveyance. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in administration, asset management, and expense tracking. Proficiency in online travel booking portals and MS Office (Excel, Word). Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail with expertise in vendor coordination and cost management. Own conveyance (mandatory) for local travel and administrative tasks.
