Overseeing the daily operations of the Effluent Treatment Plant, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and company policies. This role involves supervising plant staff, monitoring treatment processes, and maintaining equipment to ensure efficient and safe handling of industrial wastewater. Ensure proper functioning of pumps, motors, and other mechanical equipment through routine maintenance and troubleshooting. Coordinate with regulatory bodies for inspections and audits. Regularly analyze water samples to ensure treated effluent meets discharge standards.
