Job Description
We are Hiring Team Lead, Data Conversion Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid) Working Hours: 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM IST Experience: 10+ Years | Immediate Joiners Preferred We are looking for a skilled and experienced Team Lead Data Conversion to lead a high-performing team responsible for large-scale data migration and integration initiatives. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on ETL experience (Talend, Informatica), and the ability to work with both internal stakeholders and external clients. Role Highlights: Lead end-to-end implementation of data conversion projects Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand and align requirements Deliver data mapping, integration, and migration using Talend, Informatica, or similar tools Drive SIT, UAT, migration, and go-live support Identify process improvements and ensure continuous optimization Act as a point of escalation for complex engagements Mentor and guide junior team members Required Skills and Experience: 10+ years in IT with at least 9 years in ETL and data conversion Strong hands-on experience with Talend, Informatica, or similar ETL tools Excellent SQL scripting and data transformation skills Experience with Oracle SQL, Excel, CSV formats Proven expertise in large-scale ETL, data migration, and cloud strategy Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Experience in financial or equity compensation data is a plus Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field If you are passionate about data and looking to lead critical transformation projects, wed love to connect.
