Job Title: Estate Manager Location: Calangute Salary: 6 LPA Experience: 6 years into estate management Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Estate Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our estate. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, a keen eye for detail, and excellent leadership skills. As the Estate Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the property, managing staff, maintaining the grounds and facilities, and ensuring the highest level of service for the estate residents/owners. Key Responsibilities: - Property Management: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the entire estate, including buildings, grounds, and facilities. - Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise estate staff, including housekeepers, gardeners, security personnel, and other service providers. - Financial Management: Prepare and manage the estate budget, handle accounts, and monitor expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness. - Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for repairs, maintenance, and other services as needed. - Event Coordination: Plan and manage events on the estate, ensuring that all aspects are handled efficiently. - Security: Ensure the safety and security of the property and its residents by managing security protocols and personnel. - Compliance: Ensure that the estate complies with all local regulations and safety standards. - Client Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for estate owners or residents, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally. - Sustainability: Implement and manage sustainability initiatives to reduce the estate's environmental impact.
