Manage ESG Software Lifecycle: Oversee concept, development, launch, and updates. Cross-Functional Coordination: Align ESG experts, developers, designers, and users on features. Product Advocacy: Promote platform capabilities to global clients and partners. Client Engagement: Collect feedback, define needs, and suggest enhancements. Framework Alignment: Ensure compliance with ESG standards (GRI, SASB, TCFD, BRSR, CDP, etc.). System Integration: Manage third-party integrations and maintain performance. Market Awareness: Monitor ESG trends and tech developments. Sales & Support Enablement: Assist in demos, onboarding, and technical queries. User Training & Docs: Create user guides and contribute to training content.
