Key Responsibilities:

• Initiating contact with potential clients.
• Understanding their needs.

• Pitching Services:
• Crafting compelling pitches tailored to each client's unique requirements.
• Showcasing how Kinexa Solutions can address specific business challenges and help them achieve their
• goals.
• Maintaining Data:
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records.
• Ensuring all interactions and progress are well-documented in our company tools.
• Escalation Calls:
• Receive and manage escalation calls from customers or internal teams where leads have shown unresolved
• disinterest or issues.
• Address and resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or related field.
• Experience in client relations, sales, or customer service roles, especially handling escalations.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and data management.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
