Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced ERPNext Frappe Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and customizing ERPNext using the Frappe framework. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining ERP solutions that meet our organization's needs. If you are passionate about ERP systems and have a deep understanding of the Frappe framework, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
1. ERPNext Development: Customize and develop ERPNext applications using the Frappe framework to meet specific business requirements.
2. ERP Configuration: Configure ERPNext modules, including setting up master data, workflows, forms, and custom scripts.
3. Integration: Integrate ERPNext with other systems, including third-party applications and databases, to ensure seamless data flow.
4. Customization: Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and modules as per business needs.
5. Data Migration: Assist in migrating data from legacy systems to ERPNext, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
6. User Support: Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and train users on ERPNext functionalities.
7. Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct testing and quality assurance activities to ensure ERP solutions are bug-free and meet performance standards.
8. Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, customizations, and standard operating procedures.
9. Upgrades and Maintenance: Stay up-to-date with ERPNext releases and apply necessary upgrades and patches to ensure system stability and security.
10.Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders, to gather requirements and deliver ERP solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in ERPNext development and customization using the Frappe framework.
- Strong programming skills in Python and JavaScript.
- Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and jQuery.
- Familiarity with database management systems, particularly MySQL.
- Experience with RESTful API integration and web services.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- ERPNext certification (preferred but not required).
