About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic ERPNext Consultant to join our growing team. This position has arisen due to organizational restructuring and replacement requirements. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and supporting ERPNext solutions for our diverse client base while ensuring seamless project delivery and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: ERPNext Implementation: Lead end-to-end ERPNext implementation projects for clients across various industries including manufacturing, trading, services, and non-profit organizations System Configuration: Configure and customize ERPNext modules including Accounting, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, HR, CRM, and Project Management Client Consultation: Conduct requirement gathering sessions with clients to understand their business processes and translate them into ERPNext workflows Custom Development: Develop custom scripts, reports, and workflows using Frappe framework, Python, and JavaScript Data Migration: Plan and execute data migration from legacy systems to ERPNext with data integrity and validation Training & Support: Provide comprehensive training to end-users and ongoing support post-implementation Documentation: Create detailed functional and technical documentation for all implementations and customizations Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of configurations and customizations before deployment Project Management: Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client communications effectively Pre-sales Support: Assist in preparing technical proposals and conducting product demonstrations for prospective clients Required Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field Experience: 1-3 years of hands-on experience with ERPNext implementation and customization Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERPNext/Frappe framework Strong knowledge of Python programming Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS Understanding of MySQL/MariaDB database management Familiarity with Linux/Ubuntu server environments Knowledge of Git version control Experience with REST APIs and web services Functional Knowledge: Deep understanding of business processes in Accounting, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and Manufacturing Knowledge of Indian taxation including GST, TDS, and other compliance requirements Understanding of financial reporting and statutory requirements Soft Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Client-facing experience with ability to manage stakeholder expectations Project management skills with attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Adaptability to changing requirements and fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications: ERPNext certification or Frappe framework certification Experience with other ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) Knowledge of Docker and containerization Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, DigitalOcean, etc.) Understanding of DevOps practices Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies What We Offer: Competitive salary package Flexible working arrangements with remote work options Professional development opportunities and training Exposure to diverse industries and challenging projects Collaborative and supportive work environment Career growth opportunities within the organization About Hybrowlabs Technologies: Hybrowlabs Technologies Pvt Ltd is a leading technology solutions provider specializing in ERP implementations, custom software development, and digital transformation services.
