Job Description
You will be responsible for working on our database, with training provided for the same. Additionally, you will handle queries from our existing customers, such as educational institutions, related to our software through calls, emails, and occasional on-site visits to resolve their issues. It is essential that you possess the ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the specific needs of the audience. The ideal candidate should have a graduation degree in any stream, along with excellent knowledge of MS Excel. Good communication skills are a must for this role. Male candidates with their own vehicle should be willing to travel as required. As part of the perks and benefits, you will receive a travel allowance.
