Job Title: ERPNext/Frappe Developer Location: Navi Mumbai (Seawoods) Experience: 23 years Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are actively looking for a Frappe Framework and ERPNext Developer to join our tech team. The ideal candidate must have practical experience in customizing, developing, and deploying ERPNext modules using the Frappe Framework. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver business-driven solutions and optimize ERP processes. Key Responsibilities Customize and develop new features in ERPNext using Frappe Framework. Create and maintain custom apps, forms, workflows, and reports. Write efficient server-side and client-side scripts in Python and JavaScript. Handle data import/export, migration, and system configurations. Integrate third-party APIs and tools within ERPNext. Work with Git, Bench, and Linux-based deployment environments. Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and convert them into functional modules. Debug issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure system stability. Must-Have Skills Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Frappe Framework and ERPNext. Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and Jinja templates. Experience in building custom apps and ERP modules. Familiarity with Bench CLI, Git, and basic Linux commands. Understanding of core ERP modules like HR, CRM, Accounting, Inventory, etc. Good understanding of database concepts and working with MariaDB/MySQL. Good to Have Experience in REST API integrations. Knowledge of Docker, Nginx, and production deployment best practices. Contributions to Frappe/ERPNext community or open-source projects. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or related field. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
