Job Description

You should have 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in ERP implementation. You will be responsible for preparing comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) that clearly define business goals and stakeholder expectations. Your role will involve gathering requirements and translating them into ERP configurations. It is important to have a strong understanding of business processes in areas such as Finance, Sales, Inventory, and HR. You will also need to map business processes and create visual documentation such as process flows and data diagrams. Conducting gap analysis and suggesting process improvements will be part of your responsibilities. Collaboration with development and QA teams during the solution design and testing phases is essential. You will support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by creating test scenarios and validating outcomes. Additionally, participation in change management, user training, and implementation support is required. Working closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements is a key aspect of this role. In terms of qualifications, a Bachelor's degree is required. You should have at least 2 years of experience as an ERP Functional Consultant. Previous experience with ERP systems is necessary for this position. This is a full-time job that requires in-person work at the specified location.
