As an ERP Functional Analyst at our Surat location, you will be responsible for providing first-level support for Odoo ERP, addressing incoming support requests promptly and resolving issues efficiently. You will assist in configuring Odoo modules to meet user needs and business requirements. Your role will also involve identifying, analyzing, and resolving system issues, bugs, and errors reported by end-users and maintaining proper documentation of issues, solutions, and best practices for future reference. Conducting user training sessions to ensure effective software utilization and collaborating with cross-functional teams including development, functional, and business teams to identify root causes of issues and drive continuous improvements will be essential aspects of your responsibilities. Monitoring system performance, optimizing workflows, and suggesting enhancements to improve the user experience will also be part of your duties. You will play a key role in assisting with system upgrades, module updates, and testing new features. Communicating with clients and stakeholders to provide technical assistance and functional guidance as needed will be crucial. Additionally, maintaining detailed records of support requests, resolutions, and system modifications will be integral to your role.
