Your primary role will involve generating stock and options trade ideas for the short-to-medium term, focusing on identifying alpha-generating opportunities, devising clear entry/exit plans, and monitoring trade outcomes. Responsibilities will include daily market scanning to pinpoint high-probability trades in equities and derivatives, creating trade ideas encompassing entry range, target price, time horizon (typically 13 months), risk parameters (including stop loss if applicable), monitoring live P&L of recommendations, articulating the rationale behind each trade utilizing charts, news, or fundamentals, and collaborating with the product and compliance team to publish trades on the platform. The ideal candidate should possess a robust understanding of technical indicators like EMA, RSI, and chart patterns, proficiency in fundamental analysis particularly for swing trades, and expertise in options trading strategies including spreads, directional bets, and hedges. A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in equity/derivatives trading or research is preferred.
