As an Equity Research Analyst, you will play a crucial role in conducting thorough financial analysis, evaluating market trends, and offering investment recommendations to support management in their decision-making process regarding equities. Your responsibilities will encompass gathering and evaluating securities data, scrutinizing company financial reports to assess market performance, and contributing to initial public offerings (IPOs) by determining stock value, capitalization, and target price. In this role, you will also be tasked with developing and presenting investment reports to the financial manager and investment team, providing expert guidance on securities transactions, monitoring industry and market trends for potential investment opportunities, and staying informed about the latest industry developments such as company sales and mergers. Moreover, you will be required to prepare comprehensive internal investment reports as well as external reports for public dissemination. To excel in this position, a Master's degree in Finance, CA, Inter CA, MBA, or a related field is required. Fresh CA graduates are also encouraged to apply. Additionally, a solid understanding of fundamentals and due diligence in financial analysis are essential for success in this role. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule and an in-person work location.,
