Job Description
The selected candidate will be primarily responsible for equity research and portfolio management for listed companies, both inside and outside of the portfolio. This role should be viewed as an entrepreneurial opportunity to work as a critical team member across various areas to help scale up the firm. With the firm's exceptional track record, pedigree, and profile, there is significant potential for growth in the coming years. Responsibilities: - Identifying, conducting in-depth research, and analysis on potential investment opportunities across multiple sectors. - Monitoring portfolio companies and taking the lead over the research as needed. - Creating relevant networks to develop a deep understanding of new businesses and sectors. - Preferably working actively and contributing in the areas related to new client acquisition. - Contributing to the growth of the firm through various operational and other work. Qualifications (all points are mandatory): - Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field. - At least 5 years of personal investing in listed Indian equities and at least 3 years of professional investing in listed Indian equities. - Strong financial modeling and analytical skills. - Good written and verbal communication skills. - Extremely strong attention to detail. - Demonstrated passion for investing.,
