Job Description

As an ERP Specialist with over 8 years of experience in Epicor Eclipse, you will be responsible for maintaining customized solutions within the ERP System. Your primary role will involve determining business needs, designing customized solutions, and integrating new technologies with the existing ERP systems. Collaboration with senior managers and IT staff will be essential in identifying business processes that require optimization, enhancing the performance of IT systems, and deploying suitable solutions. Your expertise will be crucial in analyzing the existing infrastructure to resolve process or integration issues. Utilizing Lean techniques, you will streamline business processes and establish business needs through process analysis and consultation. Acting as a liaison between Eclipse and third-party vendors, you will drive continuous improvement projects and coordinate or design customized programs and scripts. Additionally, you will configure ERP applications and collaborate with Eclipse or third parties for successful implementation. Providing technical support and training to end-users on new and existing technology will be part of your responsibilities. Regularly sharing progress updates with management, documenting new processes, adhering to company policies, and staying updated on the latest ERP upgrades and third-party product offerings are essential aspects of the role. This position is based in Hyderabad with remote work mode during U.S.A Shift (6.30 PM IST To 3.30 AM IST), and immediate joining is required. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing business processes, enhancing IT systems performance, and ensuring seamless integration of technologies within the ERP system.,
