As an Epic Clarity Data Engineer at Saama Technologies, you will be a valuable member of our team, utilizing your expertise to work with healthcare data, specifically focusing on the Epic Clarity database. Your role will involve designing and developing data solutions that provide valuable insights to healthcare providers and stakeholders. Your key responsibilities will include utilizing Microsoft SQL Server to access and retrieve data from various databases, developing and maintaining stored procedures and functions for efficient data operations. You will conduct in-depth data analysis on the Epic Clarity database, cleanse and enhance datasets using Azure data services and programming languages to generate actionable insights. Additionally, you will design and implement robust data pipelines for ETL operations, ensuring seamless integration with downstream systems. Your role will involve analyzing and interpreting healthcare data, with a specific emphasis on the Provider domain to support operational and clinical decision-making. Leveraging your prior experience with the Epic Clarity DB, you will ensure data accuracy, optimize performance, and deliver effective reporting solutions. The required qualifications for this role include proven experience with Microsoft SQL Server, hands-on experience with Epic Clarity DB, proficiency in Azure data services, and a strong understanding of healthcare data within the Provider domain. Previous experience in developing data pipelines, performing ETL operations, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail are essential. Preferred qualifications include experience in healthcare data analytics, familiarity with clinical data sets, and knowledge of other healthcare data systems and standards.
