Company Description MicroHeal, formerly known as WinHealth, is a pioneering digital therapeutic company specializing in digital pharma solutions. The company has launch its first digital therapeutic (DTx) product, healOgut, which is designed to address gut disorders. MicroHeal aims to provide innovative and effective treatments through cutting-edge digital solutions, enhancing patient outcomes and experiences. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Entrepreneur in Residence at MicroHeal. The role is based in Ahmedabad, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Entrepreneur in Residence will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, overseeing strategic initiatives, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive the company's growth. The candidate will also play a key role in product development, ensuring that the product aligns with market needs and customer expectations. Qualifications Experience in business development, product development, and strategic planning Healthcare backgroud would be a added advantage Strong leadership and project management skills Excellent networking and stakeholder management skills Knowledge of the digital healthcare industry and therapeutic products Innovative mindset and ability to think critically and creatively Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus,
