Position: Enterprise Delivery Head Location: Bangalore - HSR Office Experience: 15+ years of experience Role Overview: AlgoShack is seeking an experienced Enterprise Delivery Head to lead the delivery of QA and Test Automation projects, leveraging our flagship product, algoQA, for enterprise customers. This pivotal role combines leadership, technical expertise, and consultative skills to ensure exceptional project outcomes, customer satisfaction, and profitability. Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end delivery of QA and Test Automation projects with a focus on timeliness, quality, and profitability. Act as the primary interface with enterprise customers, fostering trust and delivering value through a consultative approach. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing customer needs proactively and delivering impactful solutions. Implement and optimize processes for efficient project delivery while maintaining profitability. Leverage expertise in QA, test automation frameworks, risk-based testing, and test optimization techniques to drive innovation and excellence. Develop and mentor the delivery team to build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance. Represent AlgoShack with confidence and presence, creating a strong impression in customer interactions and leadership forums. Experience in Project Management tools and other delivery related tools. Qualifications: Proven track record in delivering QA and test automation projects for enterprise customers. Deep understanding of functional and non-functional testing principles and approaches. Hands-on experience with multiple test automation frameworks and tools. Strong expertise in risk-based testing and test optimization techniques. Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a consultative mindset and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels. A process-driven mindset with the ability to implement and improve delivery processes. Strong presence and credibility in customer-facing roles, commanding respect and trust in the room.
