Job Description

As a Chief Customer Transformation Advisor (CCTA) at Salesforce, you will have the opportunity to solve complex business problems by collaborating with dedicated teams to create innovative architectures and strategies. Your role involves supporting sales teams in aligning Salesforce value propositions with customers" business strategies on digital transformation and cloud adoption. Your main responsibilities as a CCTA include understanding customer needs, defining transformation priorities, leading discussions on change management, and determining the technical architecture landscape for customers. You will be expected to articulate both business and technical architecture, provide insights on successful customer transformations, and engage in customer-facing architecture engagements. In addition, you will act as a trusted advisor to CIO/CTO/EA level contacts and their teams, guiding them in transitioning to a cloud architecture. Your deep knowledge of business and technical architecture across various domains will make you a valuable asset to Salesforce. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, or equivalent, along with at least 10 years of experience in software, system, or enterprise architecture disciplines. You should also possess a good understanding of cloud architecture, enterprise application integration technologies, and common EA topics. Preferred qualifications for the CCTA position include experience in pre-sales or customer-facing consultative roles, a deep understanding of key business drivers related to technical architecture, knowledge of Salesforce's platform capabilities, and familiarity with architectural frameworks such as TOGAF and Zachman.
