The role of Enterprise & Partnership Sales Executive in the real estate sector involves driving large-scale B2B deals and strategic partnerships. As a dynamic professional, you will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with various stakeholders such as builders, developers, corporate partners, and channel partners. Your expertise in understanding complex sales cycles and identifying business opportunities will play a crucial role in the success of this role. Your key responsibilities will include owning end-to-end sales for high-ticket enterprise accounts, identifying and onboarding strategic partners, managing accounts to ensure client success, generating leads through industry connects and events, driving negotiations and closures, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and staying updated on market trends and competitor activities. To excel in this role, you should have at least 3 years of enterprise or B2B sales experience, preferably in the real estate or proptech industry. A proven track record of closing high-value deals and building strategic partnerships is essential. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills are required, along with proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and pipeline management tools such as CRM and Excel. An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work independently will be beneficial for this position. This position is based in Lower Parel, Mumbai, with working days from Monday to Friday.
