Job Description
As an Account Executive focusing on the US market for a leading B2B SaaS (Martech) firm, which is a VC funded organization, your role will involve various responsibilities and challenges. This position is initially an Individual Contributor (IC) role and offers the flexibility of remote work from India. Your primary duties will include managing the end-to-end pipeline, from the initial contact with prospects to closing deals. You will be required to define and optimize different stages of the sales funnel, source leads independently, conduct engaging product demos, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely closure of deals. Maintaining a high level of CRM hygiene is crucial for better pipeline visibility. Additionally, you will be responsible for experimenting with messaging strategies, forging strategic partnerships, and driving product improvements based on customer feedback. To excel in this role, you should ideally possess 4-8 years of experience in the B2B SaaS industry, with a focus on the North American market. Demonstrated success as an Account Executive in a startup environment, exceeding sales quotas consistently, and having a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset are essential prerequisites. You should have a deep understanding of business fundamentals, product knowledge, and customer pain points. Strong communication skills, a hands-on approach to work, and the ability to lead and motivate a team are also crucial for success in this position.,
