Job Description
As an Enrollment and Data Management Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include managing EDI/ERA enrollment processes for providers, ensuring timely enrollment for electronic claim submission, and handling enrollment, re-enrollment, and re-validation procedures for providers and locations. You will also be responsible for processing, data entry, and maintaining enrollment, assessment, and dis-enrollment documentation, as well as monitoring and maintaining accurate enrollment records. Additionally, you will verify enrollment status, update membership records, research and resolve enrollment system discrepancies, process membership terminations, and manage other enrollment events. To be successful in this role, you should have a graduate degree and 1-2 years of Accounts Receivable (AR) experience, as well as 1-2 years of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) experience. Your attention to detail, strong data management skills, and ability to handle enrollment processes efficiently will be crucial in ensuring the smooth functioning of our enrollment systems.,
